Subscription & Payment Changes
If you wish to discontinue your subscription or change your payment plan or method, log in to to your eNovativePiano account, go to your profile and select “cancel.”
You may also send a cancellation request by email to info@enovativepiano.com 24 hours before the next billing cycle begins. Please indicate “cancellation” or “change of payment plan or method” in the email subject line. Be sure to include your full name in the body of the message, as well as the name on the credit card that was used to purchase the subscription, if it is different from your name.
